Moving to England from Slovakia
10 years ago, I now live in the beautiful village of Rudgwick in West Sussex.
I am passionate about making Mousse Cakes, Mousse Tarts and also some chocolate work.
I am certified and registered.
I've always loved traditional pastries, cakes, and desserts - but I was curious to try something new. It started as a creative experiment just for me and my family, but I quickly fell in love with the process.
Mousse cakes opened a whole new world: elegant, modern, full of flavour, and so exciting to make! I've since taken many professional courses to master the techniques, and now I'm proud to share my creations with you.
My goal is to bring you something a little different something exceptional, refined, and truly special.
