The filling is composed of thoughtfully layered elements—smooth creams, vibrant fruit inserts, crunchy textures, and silky ganaches—carefully balanced to create depth of flavour and contrast in every bite. Finished with fresh seasonal fruits, glossy glazes, or elegant chocolate ganache, each tart is meticulously decorated for a polished, luxurious presentation.
