Our mousse cakes are a celebration of refined texture and balanced flavour — exceptionally light, smooth, and delicately indulgent. Each cake is thoughtfully composed in multiple layers: soft sponge, a subtle crunch, vibrant fruit inserts, airy mousse, and a flawless glazed finish. Every element is carefully balanced to create a fresh, elegant, and memorable tasting experience.

We use only premium-quality, freshly sourced ingredients, including 100% natural fruit purées, Belgian and French chocolate, and always fresh cream or cream cheese. No preservatives are added, allowing the purity of flavour and quality to speak for itself.

Mousse cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and enjoyed chilled, when their texture and refreshing character are at their best. With a shelf life of up to 72 hours, they are crafted for freshness — though they rarely last that long.

Perfectly suited for any occasion, from intimate celebrations to elegant events.
